[ # of skaters is approximate to how many skaters can fit on the rink at a time. You can expect to skate 10x that throughout the day ]

• Surface: Make sure you’ve got a flat, hard, and level surface ready for our rink (no gravel or grass).
• Parking: Hook us up with parking for loading/unloading and keeping the truck parked before, during, and after the event.
• Indoor Setup: If we’re indoors, we need a minimum 4’ door clearance or an 8’ elevator. No steps, no obstacles, please.
• Setup Time: Depending on the size, setting up the rink takes 2-3 hours, and breaking it down takes 1-2 hours.

• You can either drop a 5% deposit to lock in your date, or pay in full at the time of booking.
• Remaining full payment is due 1 month before event date. You will be emailed an invoice with the link to pay.
• Full deposit refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking.
• If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to a new booking within 30 days, subject to availability.

• No refunds after full payment, but you can change your date as long as it’s 30 days before your event.
• No changes or refunds within 30 days of your event date.

Our team handles the setup, ensuring the rink is ready to roll and looking fresh. A typical day rental includes about 3 hours for setup.

• Full Payment Required: To secure your booking, full payment is required at the time of signing.

• Date Changes: We understand plans can change. You’re welcome to reschedule your event as long as you notify us at least 30 days before your original event date. This change is subject to availability, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date.

• No Refunds: Please note that once full payment is made, refunds are not available. This policy helps us ensure that we can continue to provide the best possible service to all of our customers.

• No Changes or Refunds Within 30 Days: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any changes or refunds if your event is less than 30 days away. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out to us with any questions or concerns as soon as possible.
